Pierre Desilets
Club PresidentPierre is our current Club President (2023-24). Pierre has served on our executive board in many roles in the past. He and his wife Maureen (past-president) have been members of the club for over a decade. They are both heavily involved with our club functions, as well as other personal areas of interest such as church and volunteer engagements.
Matt McGovern
Treasurer/WebmasterMatt has been with the Hayloft Steppers since the summer of 2005. He joined the club at 13
years old, and has been an active member ever since. Matt also is a professional square dance
caller, and enjoys being able to call/entertain dancers from all over! Matt has served in various different board positions throughout his years at Hayloft.
Suzanne Lazarou
Program ChairpersonSuzanne is in charge of hiring the wonderful entertainment you see at our club dances. She does a terrific job at selecting a wide variety of square dance callers and round dance cuers for our dancing pleasure. She also served as Class Chairperson for many years.
Sue Ruggiero
Secretary/Hall Rental ChairpersonSue has been associated with the Hayloft for nearly a decade, and has served on the board in many different capacities such as treasurer and publicity chairperson. You'll often find her welcoming our guests at the door, and lending a helping hand where needed!
Deanna Randall
Hospitality ChairpersonDeanna is our hospitality chairperson; she is responsible for managing our kitchen during Hayloft Steppers events. She also coordinates with volunteers who furnish our table with delicious snacks, and healthy food!
Deanna was a twenty-year veteran of serving the club as treasurer and has decided to take on a new role!
Her and her husband Al are "Yankee Clipper" award winners, and are invaluable to the Hayloft.
Staci Allen
Class ChairpersonStaci has been a member of the Hayloft since she was a young girl, taking lessons in the early 2000's with her parents. She has recently
taken on the role of class chairperson and is looking forward to assisting the class learn how to square dance.
Jake Ruggiero
Fundraising ChairpersonJake is the chairperson of the newly formed Fundraising Committee. Jake ensures that the club receives sufficient donations and funding to keep the Hayloft Barn maintained and prepared for any financial challenges we may face.
Building Committee Members:
We have several members of the Hayloft Steppers Square Dance Club who are responsible for the upkeep
and maintenance of the Hayloft Barn. This committee is appointed by the Executive Board, and hold their position for three years. The following people are all on this committee.
